This is an exceptional B&B and Catherine the proprietor, goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was beautifully designed. Thank you for the treats left out and the scrumptious breakfasts. I look forward to staying another time.

An excellent quiet and welcoming B&B in Dungarvan

We appreciated the very professional and friendly host, Catherine, who has thought of her guests' every need. Hospitality is excellent with lots of treats to make guests feel especially welcome and relaxed. As an erstwhile professional guide, Catherine gives clear and very useful advice about where to visit and gives very good tips on how to see highlights of the Greenway when time is limited. Breakfast was exceptional: for example, delicious fruit and yoghurt etc, eggs benedict, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and blueberry waffles.

Boutique B&B in beautiful Dungarvan

Fantastic B&B for foodies!

Highly recommended! One of the best B&Bs I have stayed in. The room was lovely and tastefully decorated but the true star of the trip was the amazing breakfast Catherine made. Everything was perfect there was parking for my car, the room was perfect had everything anyone would need comfy chairs amazingly soft bed the en-suite bathroom was spotless. Everything was better than we could have hoped for. Catherine catered for our every need. The bedroom was perfect and Catherine gave us very helpful tips on what to do in Dungarvan and in the surrounding area. Lovely!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at No 12 after cycling the Greenway. We really appreciated being welcomed with tea/coffee/wine and caramel squares after the long cycle, and the room was beautiful. I really appreciated the extra effort Catherine went to to prepare a vegan brekkie for me as well - breakfast was gorgeous (we will be dreaming about the granola). We felt really looked after and highly recommend it!

Absolutely phenomenal!

The best place I've ever stayed. The room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was incredible; yoghurt with seeds, nuts, blackberries and raspberries, followed by eggs Benedict and then pancakes. There was the option of having bread and cereal too but I couldn't I was so full! Catherine was the warmest host, so helpful and friendly and we had lovely chats while I was having breakfast. Honestly can't recommend this place enough, this little write up hasn't even done it justice! Will one hundred percent be staying here again.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Catherine was a superb host. We received a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble.  Katherine was a great host. The place was spotless and the place was well maintained. The room was spacious, the lounge area an area and sphere and the kitchen has a homey feeling. The garden looked great a place to rest in the sun as well. Katherine made us feel welcome the very first day and was full of knowledge about places to visit. For breakfast we had poached eggs with salmon or bacon and poached eggs, with homemade pancake greek yoghurt with nuts and granola. Excellent host, delicious breakfast and comfortable room. We hope to be back again soon!

The room itself was gorgeous, clean and very comfortable with a large ensuite bathroom and excellent shower. The breakfast was very tasty both mornings, with a wide spread and freshly cooked eggs which were delightful. The host Catherine was extremely nice and friendly and easy to talk to. We couldn't have asked to a nicer place to stay.
